I loved today’s workout.  Actually I hated part of the workout but some of it I really loved so while I had to really push through parts I hated the fun parts felt almost effortless.  here we go:

10 burpees
10 sledge hammer throws left hand
10 sledge hammer throws right hand

Rest two minutes

Morning Crossfit Workout

Today might have actually been even rougher than yesterday.  My head is pounding at the moment, I think due to the workout. My legs were sore and already on fire from box jumps and squats yesterday so today was basically hell.
Warmup

pullups
overhead air squats
pass throughs

Workout

10 minutes as many reps as possible (AMRAP) of

15 pushups

Since hurting my back, I’ve taken about 9 days off from the gym.  I probably would have done some exercise during this period but I was also getting to the bottom of some breathing issues and also wanted a doctor to make sure there wasn’t actual serious injury to my back.  Everything was in check [...]
