Today’s workout was awesome. I’m usually a bit afraid of tabata’s but this went great.
Tabata This
20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, for 8 rounds of each exercise
pull-ups (i started with dead hangs, then kipping, and did my last 10 or so with a band)
push-ups
sit-ups
air squats
40, 73, 90, 115 = Total reps = 318

Weight is down a bit more today. I think if I keep at it without slipping over the weekend I’ll probably get past my plateau so I’m going to push through this! I had another great workout today. Not sure where this new energy and strength is coming from but I’m not going to fight [...]

Did my first Angie today and kinda liked it.
Warmup
10 pass throughs
10 supermans
10 pull ups
Workout – ‘Annie’
double unders / situps – 50 each – 40 each – 30 each – 20 each -10 each (50-40-30-20-10)
Time – 11:06
