Quick and Easy Salmon Stir Fry

Baked Dill Salmon

I’m not a huge fan of much seafood other than tuna but am trying to branch out and learn to cook new things.  I’ve been trying salmon a number of ways.  This was actually pretty good and extremely easy to make

dill weed

Sashimi and Sesame Broccoli Lunch

This isn’t the most inventive lunch, but it was really yummy and something I hadn’t had in a while:

4oz tuna and salmon sashimi (from A&P)
1 bag steam fresh broccoli (about 4 cups)
1 1/3 tsp sesame oil drizzled over everything
1 tbsp soy sauce drizzled over everything

Wow – Absolutely amazing meal.  I have been shying away from cooking fish but finally tried some salmon in my steamer.  The picture here isn’t doing it justice, but here’s what I did:
Ingredients

4oz salmon fillet
10oz mushrooms sliced
1/4 cup dry cooking wine
1tsp thyme
salt and pepper to taste fish and mushrooms
3-4 garlic cloves
