KB Swings (55/35)

Morning Workout – Crossfit

Today’s workout was

Warmup – pass throughs with PVC pipe, 15 v-ups, 15 supermans, 15 overhead squats with PVC pipe

Crossfit Workout – Medicine Ball Cleans
