Tabata This

20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, for 8 rounds of each exercise

pull-ups (i started with dead hangs, then kipping, and did my last 10 or so with a band)
push-ups
sit-ups
air squats


40, 73, 90, 115 = Total reps = 318
