Weight Loss Update – Over 10 lbs Down!

Hi Folks, I am pleased to say that per my weight this morning, I’ve lost 10.2 lbs!  I’m just shy of 3 weeks on this diet so right now I’m averaging I’d say around 3-3.5 lbs per week.  I couldn’t be more pleased.  I’m really excited to drop below 180 lbs.  4 years ago, through [...]

Evening Workout – Crossfit “Cindy”
